Destin Jeep Rentals is Local & Family Owned

Destin Jeep Rentals is a local, family-owned business. Our family moved to Destin after vacationing here years ago and falling in love with the Emerald Coast. As locals, we love making your Destin vacation the absolute best and most memorable that it can be.

What can you expect with a Jeep rental in Florida? First of all, you’ll want a Jeep that’s in top-notch condition, well-maintained, and doesn’t smell like the guy you sat next to on the plane ride to get here. Second, we’re here to help you with more than just a Jeep rental. What’s that? LOCAL DESTIN INTEL, BABY.

As Destin locals, we can point you in the best direction as you cruise off on your Jeep adventure. The Emerald Coast has so much to offer and explore, which is why we made a list of our favorite destinations for families, couples, and large groups. Use our local Destin and Fort Walton Beach tips to setup up a self-guided tour. It’s the perfect companion for your Jeep rental!

Providing The Best Rental Cars in Destin

Providing awesome Jeep rentals with friendly customer service is what we strive for everyday. In life, the saying holds true, “no risk it, no biscuit.” However, you shouldn’t have to wonder if your Jeep rental will actually be there when you arrive because the company double-booked, lost the reservation, or gave it to a higher bidder.

Booking and picking up Destin car rentals is carefree and easy. You can be confident that you won’t show up to find that your plans have suddenly changed without notice. You’ll also get the same Jeep model you reserve. You won’t show up to learn your Jeep Wrangler rental is instead a 1986 station wagon with wood paneling, making even Clark Griswold blush. Not here. Not now. Not ever.

Instead, you’ll get the Jeep model that you rented and booked. It will be ready and waiting for you, begging to escort you around Destin wherever your little heart desires.

But don’t just believe these Destin-loving locals whose financial livelihood depends upon your complete and utter satisfaction. Read some of our customer reviews and get a taste of what you can expect from Destin Jeep Rentals from those who have taken all of the risks so that you don’t have to.

Our Jeep rental is simple! Just book online, or call us if you need specific assistance.

  • Where is your Jeep rental pickup location?

Our main location is 50 Hill Ave NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548

We also offer our car rentals at the airport for an additional fee (VPS, PNS, EPC, DTS), or to a custom location (like your hotel or rental)

Unlimited mileage on all our Jeep rentals, baby! Again, there is NO mileage limit but you must stay within a 100-mile radius of the location you picked up from. Need to drive further away? Give us a call. We might grant an exception because we’re locals, not Enterprise.

  • Does renting a Jeep require a security deposit?

    Yes.

When renting a car, Jeep, or van you will be subject to a $750 Security Deposit hold at the time of vehicle pickup.

Any damage that might occur will either be taken from the security deposit or applied against the credit/debit card on file.

Any damage above $750 will be billed against the debit/credit card up to the deductible amount of your auto insurance and anything additional will be placed against your auto insurance policy.

  • What is the age requirement to rent a Jeep?

The Rubicon edition is an upgraded trim package including an “infotainment system” with a touch screen, Bluetooth, navigation, and reverse camera. Some also come with a leather interior.

  • Do all of your Jeep rentals come with no top and no doors?

All Jeep Wranglers can have the doors removed and replaced with cage doors, and a cover will be provided for storage in case of rain. The Jeep Renegade does not have the option to remove the doors or open the roof.

Need to rent a car for more than 30 days? Give us a call

  • Can I book a Jeep for someone else?

    Yes.

Reservations need to match the name on the payment card, however, you can add additional drivers.

  • How early should I show up before my Jeep reservation?

We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before your Jeep rental start time.

  • Does the Florida man actually work for you? If not, where can we spot him?

No, he never worked at Jeep Destin but rumor has it he did work for some of our competitors. He can be spotted around Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Miramar.

Common sightings involve alligators, poor judgment, and Wal-Mart parking lots. Destin is not his usual habitat, but if you hang around long enough your odds of seeing him definitely increase.

Pro Tip: check county mugshot releases for where he was last seen the night before. (Just don’t offer him a ride. At least, not in one of our Jeeps.)

  • Do all Destin car rentals come with no tops and no doors?

All Jeep Wranglers can have the doors removed and replaced with cage doors, and a cover will be provided for storage in case of rain. Soft tops will easily fold back like a convertible and hard tops have 2 panels in front (like an older T-top) that are easily removed and stored in the back. The Jeep Renegade does not have the option to remove the doors or open the roof.
